1. Information We Collect

Sourced.Chat (the "Service") collects the following information.

• Registered members (site owners): email address, name, password (stored encrypted), and basic Google profile when signing in with Google
• Website visitors: name, phone number, and email address only when the site owner enables collection; chatbot conversation content and an anonymous visitor identifier
• Payment information: payments are processed by Paddle. We do not store card details — only subscription status and billing identifiers.

2. How We Use Information

• Providing the Service, account management, and subscription billing
• Answering chatbot questions and following up on unanswered questions (e.g., email replies)
• Analytics to improve quality (question volume, answer rate, etc.)

3. Retention

• Account data: until account deletion
• Chat logs: automatically deleted 90 days after collection (aggregated, anonymized statistics may be retained)
• Visitor profiles: until the site is deleted or deletion is requested

4. Processors & International Transfer

We use the following processors, and data may be stored on servers abroad: Supabase (database, auth, storage), OpenAI (AI answer generation — conversation content is processed but not used for model training), Paddle (payments), and Vercel (hosting).

5. Your Rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal data at any time. Website visitors may route requests through the operator of the website they visited.
