Terms of Service

1. The Service
Sourced.Chat (the "Service") is a subscription SaaS that provides an AI support chatbot for website visitors, powered by the FAQ data you register. The chatbot answers strictly within your registered FAQs; unanswerable questions are collected into an unanswered list.
2. Subscription & Billing
- Fees are billed per site with usage-based plans: Starter ($100/month, 1,000 Q&A) / Pro ($300/month, 5,000 Q&A) / Business ($500/month, 15,000 Q&A).
- Usage resets on the 1st of every month. Once the monthly limit is reached, the chatbot stops responding for the remainder of the month.
- Plan changes take effect immediately upon request, and the Q&A usage count resets at that moment.
- No refunds are provided for the existing subscription (including any remaining period) upon cancellation or plan change. After cancellation, the Service remains available until the end of the current billing period.
- Payments are processed by Paddle under Paddle's billing terms.
3. Your Responsibilities
- Install the widget only on websites you are authorized to operate.
- Do not register FAQ content that is unlawful or infringes the rights of others.
- Do not interfere with normal operation of the Service (e.g., excessive automated requests).
- If you collect visitor personal data, you are responsible for the notices and consents required by applicable law.
4. Limitation of Liability
- Chatbot answers are generated from the FAQs you register; you are ultimately responsible for their accuracy.
- The Service is not liable for interruptions caused by force majeure or failures of external infrastructure (cloud or AI providers).
- In no event shall the Service's liability exceed the subscription fee for the most recent month.
5. Changes to the Service
We may change or discontinue features. Material changes to paid features will be announced at least 30 days in advance.
